その日に予約なしで行ったので、アラカルトでの注文でした。まず、生ビール無し！残念！店の中暑いのに紙おしぼり！辛いのあったり熱いのあったりなのに紙おしぼり！この時点でお客の目線に立って無いかなぁ！春巻き、麻婆豆腐、豚バラ何ちゃら？いたって普通！コースで頼んだ方がいいのかも？
わからんが！笑　私達の他に1組２名が居て、そちらはコースなのですが、料理提供が遅いのか？食べるのが早いのか、ずーと二人して厨房を眺めてました。自己満なのかなぁ？中華料理は難しいですね！

丁寧な中華料理のお店でした。
麻婆豆腐のランチ定食をオーダーしましたが、

丁寧な分待ち時間は10分程度と若干長め。

日本料理の割烹の様な丁寧な繊細さで、
店内の内装はお洒落で落ち着いた、
大人の雰囲気なので
この日はランチでしたが、
来客用に利用出来そう。

ロケーション柄中華料理ではなく、
日本料理かと思いましたがその路線でも
腕前としては期待出来そうなお店でした。

駐車場の有無は未確認なので、
機会があればお店に訊ねてみたい。

土曜日にランチセット。痺れる麻婆が食べたくて予想通り辛くて美味しい。オススメのレバニラ炒めは大きな塊で四切れ、期待していたのだがクチコミとは異なり、とても歯ごたえがあり噛みきるのに難儀な部位だったのか、フォアグラのように柔らかい感じのレバーが好きな自分には少し残念。お味はとても良かった。スパイスの効いた春巻きが揚げたてでとても美味しい。セットの搾菜和え物や酢の物の切り方も丁寧な施しがなされていた。一口デザートの杏仁豆腐は他に類をみないクリーミーさでとても美味しかった。今度は炒飯と汁なし坦々麺とまた春巻きが食べたい。大きなテーブルには木が埋め込んであってとても素敵。
