場所大神宮の南側の鳥居のほぼ目の前です。

一般的な町中華とはひと味違う、
丁寧な中華料理のお店でした。
麻婆豆腐のランチ定食をオーダーしましたが、
本場の香辛料の使い方の他、
器の質感と趣向が美しくてこだわりを感じました。

丁寧な分待ち時間は10分程度と若干長め。

日本料理の割烹の様な丁寧な繊細さで、
店内の内装はお洒落で落ち着いた、
大人の雰囲気なので
この日はランチでしたが、
来客用に利用出来そう。

ロケーション柄中華料理ではなく、
日本料理かと思いましたがその路線でも
腕前としては期待出来そうなお店でした。

駐車場の有無は未確認なので、
機会があればお店に訊ねてみたい。

土曜日にランチセット。痺れる麻婆が食べたくて予想通り辛くて美味しい。オススメのレバニラ炒めは大きな塊で四切れ、期待していたのだがクチコミとは異なり、とても歯ごたえがあり噛みきるのに難儀な部位だったのか、フォアグラのように柔らかい感じのレバーが好きな自分には少し残念。お味はとても良かった。スパイスの効いた春巻きが揚げたてでとても美味しい。セットの搾菜和え物や酢の物の切り方も丁寧な施しがなされていた。一口デザートの杏仁豆腐は他に類をみないクリーミーさでとても美味しかった。今度は炒飯と汁なし坦々麺とまた春巻きが食べたい。大きなテーブルには木が埋め込んであってとても素敵。
建物のせい(床コンクリート)か足元が少し寒かった。
